©The Chesal Protocol is the way that all Lucktech Photobooths’ attendants “interact” with the guests using the photo booth. Developed and copyrighted by Lucktech Photobooths in 2014, it allows for the optimum photo booth EXPERIENCE for each guest. The protocol consists of 5 STAGES:
GREET: We welcome our client’s guests to the booth area. Assist with prop selection and start to build a positive appropriate relationship with the guest(s).
INSTRUCT: Once in the booth, we give them a brief set of instructions (this is scripted) and then answer any questions that the guest(s) might have about the booth EXPERIENCE.
INITIATE: While all of our booths are fully capable of running all by themselves, we start each and every photo booth session. We execute the sequence, POINT and VERBALIZE the countdown on the first pic, and then REMOVE OURSELVES from THEIR booth EXPERIENCE.
EXCUSE: Once the booth sequence completes, we REAPPEAR and escort the guest(s) out of the photo booth. While waiting the 9-14 seconds for the prints to drop, we encourage the guests to put their props back on the props table. When the guests return, their prints have printed.
THANK: Upon giving the guest(s) their print(s), we THANK them for being a part of the photo booth EXPERIENCE and invite them to come back to the booth again.
Using the protocol insures that everybody has a well managed yet enjoyable photo booth EXPERIENCE. The protocol also insures optimum photo booth sessions per hour. Guest Flow Management (GFM) is of vital importance to Lucktech Photobooths!
